Kyearn Ngoi is an emerging generation architect who believes in the fine line between development and architecture. He believes in challenging the status of the current fast-changing market to further revitalized the sector. His urge and believe has driven from growing-up in large urban sprawl with fast pace changes in the heart of South East Asia - Kuala Lumpur.

Kyearn has wide expertise in architecture and interior design ranging from sectors including, residential, commercial, mix-used, senior living & age care. Being a young and emerging architect in the heart of Sydney, he strives for continuous growth mutually and professionally.

With a few winning and nominated award under his belt, he strives to continuously grow as a practice and profession to help better inform the development world and how we live and react in spaces in daily manner.

King Keng brings over 15 years of experience in both architecture and project management to Kyearn Architecture. As a co-founding partner, he is always very passionate about development procurement, development feasibility, project delivery, and aesthetic architecture. KK has both local and international experience with large scale projects ranging from sectors including healthcare, commercial, retail, education, residential & senior living aged care.

Being a very valuable asset to the business and our clientele, he strive to embrace better development outcome and design for our leads. He is always very passionate about the work regardless of its size as he believe everything we do, there is a way to improve.
